IB Man rides for the last time!

Grandpa (AKA I.B. Man - - - we are family of super hero nuts) gave last rides to the crew before selling his motorcycle.

M likes to go fast ! All smiles!

Future Harley Rider. N was into this big time. Loved the fact he was too little to ride in back and he got to ride up front. Made Grandpa nervous but they made it.

S was on so quick, that the only picture I could get was of their back.

Little D was not to be left out. He's as big as the rest of them. He rode sandwich style and grinned at the neighbors. He may be a Harley boy as well.

Once mom was off he demonstrated he knew how to hold on. If only we would let him go without being sandwiched!

A got a ride as well, but hers was over before I had the camera ready. But all is okay. She had the longest ride. She makes Grandpa the least nervous.

Big Smiles and Broken Sticks!

My smiling, sweaty, stinky, smelly son is back. OKC was great fun as far as I can tell. He is man of few words. Dad is working on him regarding his etiquette with mom. He actually says more than "hi" on the phone.

He broke his stick the first game on the ice. HAD to get a new one. So disappointed were they to go shopping in the pro shop there in OKC. Especially, since it is bigger and cooler than the one at home. Boys and their toys. Gratefully they did not choose the $160 stick. But they found a very cool one for $100 less! It's a stick! ! ! Well they guess this one should last for the season. Boys and their toys. I sure hope so.

Now the girl in the mom says, it looks like a really nice stick...pretty in a manly way. No, I did not say that to my little man. I know better. His dad is working so hard to get him to be more "considerate" in ways with his mom, and I so don't want him to backslide. Gotta think of the future wife of his. (stuff like when mom is having a bad day and is a crying blubbery thing of mush....go give her a hug.....and when she says "thaaaanks" "what was that for?" He is not suppose to say, "Dad told me to give you a hug." Dad is trying to teach him to say things "I love you" and "I thought you needed one" )

Oh, for all that are reading and are asking....well how did they do??? They took fourth. Mike was really impressed with his playing. I of course asked him if the KC players tried to knock him flat. They aren't suppose to, but they do. Yep, they did but he bounces right back up and goes after them. So four hard played games, 1-2 hours in the pool, hall hockey and goofing off with friends, road trip home with a friend busy being guys.... He crashed at home, slept in this morning and it was okay.
