Really? ? People? ?

I love remembering back to this post.  I always wondered why no-one showed up at my door to  help around the house....  It is cause I never finished posting!  So the offer still stands people. :)

Thanks Tina!
For the heads up! Indeed, my blog was hacked again. I have deleted the offending blog posts. Are the people out there so bored they can only find entertainment in loading gobbly gook on my blog. I can think of so many other entertaining things to do.
Naps
Eating turkey.
Chasing my children off to bed and watching a movie with hubby.
Playing scrabble.
Curling up with a good book.
Then there is the practical..which by the way you blog hackers, if you really have that much time on your hands, I would love for you to put your hands to good use and consider using your time to:
sweep and mop my floors
scrub my tubs
clean my little boys' room
scoop dog poo out of the backyard
wash cabinets
finish the basement ceiling
finish the bathroom
lay carpet throughout the house
repair the ceiling in our living room
I am sure one of the children would be more than willing to clog up the toilet to the point it needs to be pulled and cleaned out. That is a fun job!
When that is all done, I have 2 or 3 kiddos who would love to read books to you or have you read to them.
Not to mention all the many charity organizations out there that could use a few extra hands this winter!

My girls amaze me !

So I was clicking around and checking out the new blogspot format and discovered I had a bunch of "drafts".  Post for whatever reason never got posted.  This one was a precious memory, that for whatever reason...a slow connection, an interruption, never was officially posted.  So 3 years later... (It was meant to post on 10/7/09) here goes.  Do you remember Aunt Sharon?

2 weeks ago or so on a Sunday, I was puttering around the house. I slowed down enough to look around my basement to discover all 5 of my children were chillin' with dad and watching football. Even the girls. Big-O-Daddy-O has tried to get me to watch football. I have consented to a willingness to sit with him if I can either take a nap or work on something like handsewing, coupons, or some other lap project. My girls boggle my mind. So when the Aunt and Uncle called to see if they could take Hockey Player and Little Princess to

I was like, okay... But, Hockey Player had other commitments so Fun Mom went instead. I was prepared for tired girls. I was prepared to hear how they got bored. Instead, 2 young ladies walked in our door and they had lots of exciting stories to tell. The stories had to wait till Sunday, as we had church the next morning and it was almost 10 when they got home. We, also, had to wait to hear from Little Princess cause this was as far as she got..

Isn't she sweet when she is asleep?
She just couldn't make it here. And she is not too little, so we left her there for the night.

The noise did not bother them. The length of the time sitting there didn't bother them. They had a blast! Who knew? At least they like to shop and read and do puzzles, otherwise I wouldn't know who their mother was!

Little Princess' birthday

So Little Princess had a birthday.  When asked what she wanted to do?

Just want to have fun with my family!

Big O Daddy O set to make sure she had a fun day hanging out with her family.
He promptly scheduled pedis for her, the sis, the local aunts, cousin Amia, and mom
To top it off I let her get a manicure too.

He should've gone to the hospital

Granny took an unexpected trip to the hospital last month.

Dad's Bud went with me to hang out for the morning to wait for doctors.
Lunch, Granny time and DS play time.

Then it was time to head home and we were blessed to see this beauty!

I stopped to look closely and discovered this was Hockey Player's dream car.
Dream imported car.
McLaren !!!

Dad's Bud and I couldn't help but take a few pictures.
We definitely had to make sure Dad's Bud was in the picture.
Wouldn't want Hockey Player to think we were playing a trick on him.
He does have nice taste in cars.

Fun Girl's Unfair Life

Some humor from this weekend.

Fun Girl says "I hate The Man"
I say, "No you don't"
Fun Girl says, "But he brought the ugly bug into the house"  (all said with the most pathetic whine a sixteen year old can muster.
Fun Girl: He is A W F U L !
Little Princess says, "But I was sick first"
FG: No you weren't, I was up at 2 in the morning.
LP: I had it the night before
FG: Well I probably had it the night before too, but thought I felt bad from swim team.
Little Princes is not helping cause she has her giggles and bubbly self back.
Fun Girl needs to put her big girl britches back on.
Mommy went so far as to tell her to quit being a pansy.
FG then orders Little Princess to get her pain reliever.
LP asks "How much? "
Fun Girl in all her pathetic-ness says in a soft whimper, "Daaaaddy says I am suppose to take 2 when I am sick."  "But I don't know if I am considered sick now.",

HAHAHA  She doesn't know if she qualifies as being sick.  Me thinks she is trying to milk this for all she is worth. :)
Love this girl.
